Summer Bishil (born June 15 in 1985) is an American actress who is best recognized for her role as Margo on The Magicians, a Syfy show that ran from 2015 to present. Her role in the Alan Ball film Towelhead featured her in the role of Jasira Maoun who is an Lebanese American teen who has to face a range of personal concerns in relation with the U.S. invaders of Iraq. In 2007, she was selected by Variety as one of 10 actors they wanted to see. She portrayed another character of great power Taslima Jahangir in 2009's film crime drama Crossing Over for which she received nominations for the Independent Spirit Award in the Best Female Lead category. Alongside Lucky 7, she has been a part of Mooz Lum The Last Airbender Pop Star, Under the Silver Lake and starred in a number of TV guest parts.
